The Communications Committee is working in three areas:
Kim Briley is working on getting us a website. We decided that the domain name would be NashvilleCoHousing.com. She will go ahead and secure a web host and will pay for the site and submit a receipt for reimbursement from the Finance Committee. She is working with a woman from ITT tech to get an intern to help design the website. Until we get the website up and running, we will use ProBoards to post messages internally.
Linda Ray is working on the enewsletter. So far we have heard only positive comments about the newsletter. However, only half of the membership is reading it. We may need to see what other ways we can communicate with members. Telephone tree? Personal visits?
Janet will work with Sue to get mini-posters/postcards and brochures printed. She is also investigating the cost of getting holders for the brochures to set on business countertops.
